So this weekend I finally got around to creating a unique design for this website. I didn’t actually “create” it, but instead edited an existing theme called Motion by 85ideas. The background image was created by using a few textures from Lost and Taken. Over the next few weeks I’ll be adjusting the layout of the site even more until I get the look I like that separates it from the rest.

Here are three more C4Ds. These are different from the last one in that they’re called effect C4Ds. Effect C4Ds are made more for lighting effects in signatures and avatars through use of blending modes such as screen or linear dodge. Of course, there may be others uses, so don’t be afraid to experiment with them.

Messing around in Photoshop can create some interesting looking textures. I forget exactly how this texture was created, but it does create a nice lighting effect with some depth.

Sorry for the week long hiatus. Some things regarding graduation had come up, but since I’m almost done with that, I can return to offering you great resources.
So, one project I’ve recently been looking into is Cinema 4D. The program is great for making three-dimensional images, such as for movies. But one use of the program is to create 3D graphics for use in signatures and wallpapers.
So, to start this off, I’m giving away three abstract C4ds. Hope you enjoy them.
